Description
Neon Color base Kalipso is the perfect solution for combining neon pigment and base. Easy to apply, you can align the nail plate, resistant to chips and cracks. The comfortable consistency makes it easy to create “perfect highlights”. It can be applied as a single color or with a design.
How to use: Apply the base to the prepared, fat-free nail plate. Align if necessary. The recommended polymerization time in a UV lamp is 2 minutes, in a UV + LED lamp – 30-60 seconds (depending on the lamp power).
Available in a volume of 15 ml.
